When selecting a hosting company, support is almost without exception the only major point people search for. Without very good support, a company being hosted could be in big trouble.

VPSLime uses dedicated staff to handle every support issue there is. We use a special system for handling everything online via a special website which can be found here. The support system handles all ingoing and outgoing questions and answers. Most common questions and answers are collected in a so called Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), allowing users to search through the database and get answers even faster then awaiting a support engineers.
Next our excellent and fast support and complete FAQ, we also allow users to come together in our forum. The forum is a get-together where people ask each other and our administrators for help, support and often just a small chit chat .
With our client customer portal you can:
- submit and review support requests
- view and pay your invoices
- upgrade or downgrade your account(s)
